I was really nervous heading into the assessment with my son, but everyone was so kind and thoughtful and put me at such ease. The OT’s that assessed my son were so professional and kind I honestly can’t thank them enough for the experience, and I could tell that my son really enjoyed it. I can’t wait to start our journey together with you guys.

Alison and her team have been very helpful, upfront and honest with fees and expected time frames. On the day of the assessment, although our son didn’t feel able to meet with Alison, her manner, patience, and understanding was greatly appreciated, and our son instead completed the relevant exercises by being filmed, which enabled the full report on our son’s needs to be written. We are very grateful to Alison and her whole team for their effective communication with us during the process.

Alison was very mindful of how she approached my daughter and very observant. She spoke to my daughter directly and encouraged her, did not make her feel uncomfortable when she found things challenging and treated her with the utmost respect and kindness. Alison was extremely knowledgeable in her field and explained things thoroughly. The report was extremely detailed and gave plenty of direction. Hopefully this insight will help us get the support she needs. Thank you so much.

We didn’t know what to expect, but the preparation, day of the assessment and report were all delivered seamlessly. On the day we felt welcomed and at ease. Our son enjoyed it! This was a wonderful surprise. The report is through and well thought out with lots of useful information. Thank you.

From the moment we were greeted my daughter was put at ease and made to feel comfortable and she could be herself. Everyone was patient, welcoming, friendly, and understanding.

Candice was really lovely and very warm and welcoming and made my child and me feel at ease straight away. She made the assessment fun and paced it at my child’s pace and conscientious of my child’s sensory needs like need move and worked with this. She was very encouraging, positive, and caring and helped my child through the assessment. The report was very thorough and the detail with strategies is so helpful in providing us with basis tools to help our child and understand needs better, thank you

You showed me how to understand my daughter better and provided an amazing report. She has played for a full hour today with no eye squashing or sensory overload. She is also managing to sleep a little better after we do deep pressure as part of her bedtime routine. She is overall a lot happier than before we came to see you. The change in her is so noticeable and she is even doing better at nursery! We can’t thank you enough.

Everything about Ace has been outstanding. The communication in booking appointments with their friendly and efficient staff, through to the exceptional skill, knowledge and patience when Alison spent time with my children during their assessments. She made them feel comfortable and reassured, and gave them space where they could explore their strengths and challenges. The reports she compiled were thorough and full of insightful detail, which will be invaluable to us as a family.

The booking process was straight forward and a lot of support was given to me from Harriet in answering all my initial questions. The assessment lasted the ideal time. The OT who assessed my son was professional, kind and friendly. The assessment setting was very good with a lot of space available. I also found the report comprehensive, detailed and very useful.

Quick response to emails and keying up assessments. Calm and kind during the assessment with our son who had been anxious about the appointment. They listened to my son as well as me about what he finds difficult etc. It was a relaxed atmosphere.
